I checked the dell website and the latest driver they have is 30.0.101.1404, A04, so it seems this could be an issue in the dell's driver (maybe in the customization they are supposed to configure.) The drivers pushed through Windows Update are supposed to be the drivers the system manufacturer has provided to Microsoft to distribute via the MS update service.
